Responsibilities & Context
As an Officer in Investment (Corporate/SME), your main responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating investment proposals, analyzing financial statements, and selecting customers.
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing various risks associated with investment proposals.
- Managing the entire investment proposal process, from receiving the application to the approval stage.
- Supervising and monitoring account activity remotely to detect any increased risk, ensure timely repayment, and verify compliance with conditions to maintain a healthy asset portfolio.
- Working effectively as part of a team while taking individual responsibility for tasks.
- Reviewing and monitoring the bank’s investment portfolio.
The bank is looking for these officers to enhance its Investment (Corporate/SME) operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational: You need a Post Graduate degree from a reputable university. You must not have any third class or division in your academic history.
Experience: Preferably 5 (five) years or more experience in any reputable private commercial bank. This should include a minimum of 3 (three) years of practical experience at an Investment Desk in any corporate Branch or at the Head Office.
Other Requirements: Your age must be within 40 years as of May 01, 2025. You should have a smart appearance and a pleasant personality.
Additional Requirements & Skills
- Strong knowledge of investment appraisal, financial statement analysis, and customer selection processes.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and manage different types of risks in investment proposals.
- Proficiency in processing investment proposals from start to finish.
- Skills in off-site supervision and monitoring of account conduct, risk profiles, repayments, and compliance.
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment and assume individual responsibility.
- Experience in reviewing and monitoring investment portfolios.
